Refund policy
We offer a conditional 14-day return policy from the date of receipt to request a return on eligible items.
To return an item, your item must be new, in it’s original packaging and re-sellable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items such as custom assembled products, medical and special order items are non returnable as the manufacturer will not take them back once purchased. Please email us with any questions regarding your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once your return has been authorized, we’ll instruct you to make your new purchase for the fastest fulfillment.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund or notify you to make your exchange purchase. If refunded, your original payment method will be credited. This may take up to 10 days. Please allow your bank time to process the credit as well. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please notify us.
